Investigators hired by John and Patsy Ramsey
developed the theory linking Psalm 118 to the
$118,000 demanded in a ransom note for the life of
JonBenet Ramsey.
Authorities
have said that the girl's parents are the
focus of their investigation.
Part of the
ransom note reads: "Bind the sacrifice
with cords. . ." JonBenet was found with
a cord around her neck and wrist.
In addition to
testing the ransom note for finger and palm
prints, authorities tested the tablet on
which the note was written.
Patsy Ramsey
cannot be excluded as the author of the
ransom note, according to the Colorado Bureau
of Investigation's report on the analysis of
her handwriting.
John Ramsey
has been ruled out as the note's author.
